"On a secluded island, where time seemed to drift away, a single palm tree leans into the ocean like a bridge between worlds. Resting upon it, a friend and I shared a moment of quiet contemplation, gazing into the boundless horizon. The island, untouched and unspoiled, offered only the essentials for a week of solitude and connection. The psychedelic effect of the photograph, tells a tale of unexpected adventure—the film camera’s unplanned dive into the ocean during a wooden canoe crossing. ‘Mirage’ captures the essence of our serene escape, where the boundary between reality and dream gently blurs, inviting you to lose yourself in its tranquil embrace."
